Races
There are four playable races in Pernica: human, dwarven, elven or halfling. Each race has slightly different abilities and restrictions. These conform to most popular fantasy fiction. Humans are the most common and are considered the norm. Dwarves are shorter and stockier, usually physically quite strong and hardy. Elves, just slightly shorter than humans, are lithe intellectuals for the most part but due to their close harmony with nature tend to have high agility and dexterity. Halflings are the "wee folk", usually under 4' tall and tend to be good at disappearing, they are also clever with their fingers.

Humans - humans are 10% harder to track (vs default)
Elves - elves are 50% harder to track
Dwarves - dwarves are 5% harder to track
Halflings - halflings are 75% harder to track
