NPC Artificial Intelligence

NPC's do not have "static spawns". In Pernica NPCs move around according to their nature. Orcs being nocturnal creatures will typically camp during the day and move (or attack) at night. If you wish to battle against the orcs you'll have to hunt them down. You will find an abundance of them at their outposts (no single player should attack an outpost).
