February 24 - Zon, Gordon, Lilac and Andella successfully escort Katie to Castle Darby.
February 22 - Lord Balar's brave adventurers bring Katie safely back to Valorde. The orcs apparently were not interested in the ransom as they attacked the party as it honorably tried to deliver the ransom.
February 19 - Zon, Lilac and Farmer Macca finally manage to get the intercepted ore shipment to Fairfield. Gordon is pleased to have the new shipment of raw material to work with.
February 17 - Rhyslin & Gordon caught a goblin in the Fairfield church!
February 16 - The party, badly beaten, returns to Fairfield bringing news of a ransom demand for Katie.
February 15 - Balar, Lilac, and Zon headed out to Valorde and then north to rescue Katie (the mayor of Valorde's daughter. The brave party has not returned.
February 11 - an incident occurred between Daneni and Lilac that implicates Daneni may have stolen several fresh roses.
February 10 - Daneni has resigned her service in the Fairfield militia and has been let go by Lord Darby.
February 5 - The mayor of Valorde has been attacked and his daughter Katie was abducted. The mayor has requested a healer be sent from Fairfield and a party organized and dispatched to search for his daughter.
December 24 - A troll wandered down from the mountains to the vicinity of Fairfield. Lilac, Alrik, Mortimer, Lady Delora and Lord Balar set forth and slayed the troll. Purgury and Zon gave them a good wishes send off.
December 14 - Alrik Trollsbane has set up a butcher business and is now selling "fine meats".
July 4 - The scribe Myrrhine has arrived in Fairfield with a letter of recommendation from Bishop Waleran of Wickenburg.
April 6 - Joan's tavern has resumed live music to help cheer up those rainy thunderstorms!
March 30 - The musicians have been fired for unreliable behavior.
December 24 - Joan's Tavern (Fairfield) has hired live musicians to entertain you while you rest. There are openings for more musicians, see Joan to apply. Lord Darby is pleased to hear his citizens are finding joy in these troubled times.
December 7 - Landar and Lilac bravely adventured forth to find the orc outpost. They returned very bruised and bloody! Rumors are going around that Daneni and Baramir must have had a few too many drinks and slept in missing the departure. Perhaps Granitebrow was with Daneni and Baramir?
November 23 - Lilac and Winerose accompanied Lady Delora on a journey to Valorde to deliver a note for Appledore. They report orc and goblin forces between Fairfield and Valorde.
November 21 - Young Linden has taken work as a barmaid in Fairfield. Look for the charming, young elf lass serving the citizens and visitors of Fairfield.
November 17 - Merchant Appledore (a halfling in Fairfield) hands a parchment shopping list to Jimmie, his young halfling apprentice, "Make sure you stop at Ciani's to get those yellow rose seeds. If Ciani can't obtain them, nobody can. And we certainly don't want Gardener Lilac informing Lord Darby that we are unable to supply her needs! I've not seen such fine gardening outside of Deepwater. Sigh... we should visit Deepwater soon, I'm getting tired of being towered over by all these humans!"
November 16 - Winerose and Lilac battled bravely to defend Fairfield against a combined attack of Orcs and Goblins! Daneni still hasn't returned from her scouting mission.
November 15 - Lilac's gardening fame continues to grow. People in several towns are now aware of her skill.
November 9 - Lilac has gained even more attention for her beautiful roses at Castle Darby.
October 30 - Lilac the gardener at Castle Darby is gaining quite a reputation for her gardening skills. (currently the player with the highest fame)
October 19 - Daneni & Baramir have joined the Fairfield town guard. Daneni bravely battled and slew a goblin threatenning Fairfield. As a new recruit of the town guard Daneni is now visiting the taverns and people of Fairfield looking for adventurers to rally and calling for a town meeting.
October 6 - Goblins have joined the orcs in their efforts to sack Fairfield.
September 21 - There is murmuring in the taverns of Daneni's bravery battling orcs.
September 18 - Fairfield is no longer considered a safe city! More and more orcs are invading and their aren't enough guards to keep them away.
September 12 - An orc attack was repelled north east of Fairfield last night.
September 10 - Dorthonion and Jeorg were out trying to recruit adventurers to help defend Fairfield. A mysterious note was passed from Jeorg to Taygea to Natty and there was talk of looking for Bouldernose.
September 8 - Lord Darby has issued a warning, orcs have been spotted near Castle Darby and Fairfield. Brave adventurers are needed to supplement the town guard to defend against a possible assault.
