Lord Balar - overall leader and rallying focal point.

Warlords (responsible for rallying and leading their guilds in RvR battle - this is someone in addition to the guild leader, this person should get to know representatives of other alliances and be prepared to contact and coordinate with them.) (if someone has a better suggestion than "Warlord" for the name of this position please let me know)

Frontier Commanders (These commanders are expected to be familiar with their respective frontiers, this includes a solid knowledge of navigation and geography. When a frontier commander logs in they should request a status report for their frontier, anyone that is active in that frontier should give a brief report of what they know of recent activity.)

Steward of (Keep) - We can have twenty one stewards, this is likely to be more of a RP position than a true military position. But the person should be very familiar with their assigned keep (and the surrounding land).

Secret Service Intelligence Officer - commander of the scouts, infiltrators and minstrels. Tasked with organizing these vital players. Usually assigning Minstrels to groups for speed, but primarily concerned with directing all three classes to gather intelligence.

Scout Master of (Guild) - responsible for organizing the rogue & navigator assets of their guild to place them at the service of the SSIO and the military command.

Siege Master of (Guild) - responsible for making sure the guild stores and has readily available enough parts to provide a siege weapon on short notice; also coordinates who is carrying what part and making sure the siege weapon can be built and deployed promptly.
