Raivyn
Luck and its counter have been a constant companion of Raivyn from the day she was born. Lucky to be born to a wealthy well-to-do family, Unlucky to be the fourth daughter. Lucky to grow into a stunning beauty with blood red locks, Unlucky to have it noticed above and beyond that of her elder sisters.
It was due to this that Sarah, her eldest sister, grew hatefully jealous. And quickly conspired to have her father send Raivyn to the Abbey to 'protect' her virtues. Always looking for ways to please his eldest, Raiyvn's father agreed believing it to be for the best of all involved. Little did he know of the atrocities that could be planned by a Keep full of men sequestered away from the mass of society. Especially away from all FEMALE contact....
Thinking that she had no one to turn to Raivyn had made the decision to end it all. And one night crept to the precipice of the bell tower and threw herself from its heights to be crushed upon impact on the rocky shore below. But to her frustration she fell but a few feet when a off ocean wind swept her back into a lower balcony window. There she lay and cried, frustrated that she had failed at even this.
The next morning she awoke and sought out the Master of the Abbey. She relayed her plight of the eve before and insisted that he allow her to take upon the path of God. That God alone could have done what had happened to her that eve. He was very reluctant at first. But she had learned in her time at the Abbey how to persuade any man. All it took was a little time.
Come next summer she was sent out to the world, to spread the word of God.
