Kinyltor
…the sun was covered by clouds of darkness. Rain fell to the ground in multiple sheets as to make visibility limited. Lightning struck around the Church, making the walls seem as if they were bellowing forth with a guttural growl. Kinyltor looks dumbfounded as the ancient wizard completed the spell used to teleport him to these new surroundings.
"Wha…how am I here?", Kinyltor asked.
The wizard started to speak, but then a robed man stopped him. "Kinyltor", the robed man started. "I need your help. I'm sure you've heard of Avanion."
Kinyltor quickly identified the robed man as a high member of the Albion Church. "Yes, I've heard of him why do you ask, milord?"
"We need someone to go watch him and keep an eye on him. He’s not the most religious member of the Church, and that's bothering some higher members."
Kinyltor arched his eyebrow. "So you want me to go spy on him?"
The robed man nodded his head and continued. "Exactly and when you find out things, you are to report to us what you know. That way, we know if we need to ex-communicate him or not."
Kinyltor sighed and spoke. "Very well milord. I will gather my things tonight in preparation to leave in the morning."
The robed man nodded and smiled. He looked to the wizard and motioned for something. "Good Kinyltor. I had a feeling you would be of help to us. We'll hear from you soon."
Kinyltor bowed to the robed man, and just as he was standing up, two balls of light surrounded him, shrouded him in a bright sphere, and teleported him to his previous location.
As the wizard ended his spell again, the robed man shook his head, turned, and walked away with the wizard following.

The morning air was cold and the ground was covered with morning mist. Kinyltor was feeling fatigue from the previous night as he didn't sleep for all the packing he did.
He finally secured the last bag on his horse and mounted. After a few minutes of delay, Kinyltor finally nudged his horse forward.
"Spy... I will never find myself doing such a thing." Kinyltor muttered as he rode off towards the area marked on his map. "I honestly see no reason why any Church member should even think to spy on another." Thoughts tumbled in Kinyltor's head, and then a thought occurred. Kinyltor laughed heartedly. "They'll have reports alright. I'll give them reports... anyone that can still show faith by way of healing is perfectly good in my eyes." Kinyltor bowed his head and thought of his mother. He watched her die to a group of people who called her a heretic for trying to save lives with power granted from the way of the Church. Since that day, Kinyltor vowed to continue on that path, trying to heal and save all that he could.
"Thank you mother," Kinyltor whispered. "Thank you."
