Anghus

Anghus Blackstone is the youngest son of Cameron and Mea Blackstone. He was born in a small village west of Humberton and has two older brothers; Robert and Keenan. The three of them helped their father on the farm, mostly herding sheep.

Although he had no real future on the farm, as Robert would be the one to take over after the father, Anghus was never chased off but was instead encouraged to stay and was always raised as the little one. Though, in fact, he soon became the tallest of the brothers and the one most successful in the local farmers games. It didn´t take long for him to be noticed by the village guard, captain Kael, who offered him a place as his "trainee".

The captain took a liking to anghus, maybe like a son he never had and taught him what he knew about the sword. They spent many a night by the fire where, after some persuasion and some wine, Anghus was told all about captain Kael´s adventures in the kings army, before he retired and returned to the village. True or not quite so true mattered not, as Anghus listened to every word and began to dream about becoming a man of the sword.

Eventually, Anghus´s father died from pneumonia and the farm was taken over by Robert. Seeing that the farm would be difficult to run on his own, he offered both Keenan and Anghus to stay and help, as they always had. Keenan chose to stay, but Anghus saw this as the sign that it was time to leave the village. He packed his things, said farewell to his loved ones and headed to Humberton to start his new life...

CHARACTER:

As a person, Anghus may by some be considered a little naive. He is mostly in a good mood and is always looking forward to what adventure each new day has to offer. He is still young and his movements may be crude and without much finesse, but he relies more in strength.

He may not be the smartest person around, but he makes that up with good spirit.

His time as an armsman has made him like most other. he likes to gamble and drink and tell stories with others, be it friends or total strangers. He likes the women and although he has had little "real" experience with them, he is a fast learner :)
